Thang Long Industrial Park II is a wastewater treatment plant that has its capacity of 15,000 m3/day located in Hung Yen province. Although it is next to a capital, was late in development and had not received Foreign Direct Investment so much like neighboring provinces.

The challenges faced for this customer, is that client requires improvements with continuous process analysis and level of aeration must be adjusted to reflect the actual load on an ongoing basis.

Client tested on parameters like temperature, pH, total suspended solids, COD and etc., Hach helped client solve their challenge in improving their wastewater plant by offering an all-round solution with online monitoring their effluent treated wastewater as well as lab solution for wastewater and treated water analysis in control room at the plant. This is to make sure that aeration and the metering of precipitants and flocculants is cost effective.
