For determination of ultra-low range Silica by the Heteropoly Blue Rapid Liquid™ method. Hach method 8282.
Range: 3 - 1000 µg/L
Set includes: Molybdate 3 Reagent Solution, Citric Acid F Reagent Solution, Amino Acid Reagent Dilution Solvent and Amino Acid F Reagent Powder for approximately 250 tests.
Requires Pour-Thru Cell or 1 inch Plastic Cells with caps (PNs 2410212 pk/12 or 2410222 pk/2). See DOC316.53.01337 below for preparation of the amino acid F reagent and use of the 1-inch plastic cells.
Because the customer is able to mix powder and diluent in needed volumes, this kit can extend the total shelf life of the Amino Acid F reagent in lower throughput labs.
Because the user can prepare the volume of Amino Acid F reagent, this kit is a suitable option when the prepared solution’s 100 mL bottle (PN 2386442) shelf life is insufficient.
Rapid Liquid methods to provide simplified, cost-effective testing. Separate powder and diluent have a total shelf life from date of manufacture of 1800d. (Once mixed, it is recommended to check a 1 ppm standard intermittently to check performance, the same recommendation as for the prepared liquid.)
Rapid Liquid methods are ideal for high-volume testing.
