Transfer of Hach business in Singapore from Fluke to Pall

Dear Valued Customer,

Transfer of Hach business from Fluke to Pall

We would like to inform you about Hach Singapore’s impending change of business entity from Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd to Pall Filtration Pte Ltd. 

As you are aware, Hach has been transacting under Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd, an operating company under the Danaher group of companies (www.danaher.com) in Singapore since 2006. A recent reorganization of the Operating Companies under Danaher resulted in several operating companies moving into a new business entity, Fortive (www.fortive.com). Fluke is one of the Operating Companies moving into Fortive, while Hach remains part of Danaher and thus needs to remain operating under another Danaher Operating Company, namely Pall Filtration Pte Ltd here in Singapore.

This change of business entity will take place with effect from 1st June 2016. For customers purchasing from us in Singapore, we will contact you to to set up our new business entity and update your Hach’s records in your internal vendor list. Purchase orders for Hach products will need to be sent to Pall Filtration Pte Ltd from 1 June 2016 onwards.
